Just like any health institution offering CNA training, Red Cross CNA training has got some basic requisites, too. Basically, the Red Cross CNA training is comprised of two portions. The first 75 hours are commonly dedicated to teaching theories to trainees. That shall do the tricks for trainees to learn basic nursing concepts. The next 75 hours shall be dedicated to teaching practical applications of theories. That means you’ll have to engage into basic nursing practices, too.

As much as the Red Cross CNA program is comprised of two parts, the CNA exam is comprised of two portions, too. The state qualifying exam is characterized by written and skills tests. Written test takes knowledge about theories while the skills test takes practical application of theories.
